She oversees the entire lifecycle of a tenancy-from conducting rigorous tenant referencing and drafting compliant documentation to managing maintenance, utilities, and the crucial move-in and check-out processes.

Kelly prides herself on a proactive, "solution-first" approach, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a high standard of service. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two and a devoted Manchester City supporter, bringing the same loyalty and energy to her professional life as she does to the Etihad on match day.
